Hey! I'm Rob de Souza. An internet-born Creative Director focused in Digital and experienced in Social Campaign work, this site is my creative portfolio. I am currently based in Japan. I believe good work exists outside of trends, and believe you cannot call yourself a Creative Director unless you can take the place of anyone under your command.

In over 7 years in the creative advertising industry (spent between VCCP, Iris, Leo Burnett, Publicis Sapient, and VaynerMedia), I have convinced TikTok to livestream a chair for hours, helped a postman reach #1 on the official charts, and persuaded English professional rugby union player Joe Marler to convince over 1 million people to try different-sized condomsI have also directed and produced campaigns for McDonalds, NatWest, ASDA, Lloyds, Paramount Pictures and many more.

I love unkillable plants, red wine, talking endlessly to (most) people, and solving creative problems with creative solutions. Most importantly, I love creating "content" that the internet 'actually' wants to see. My work has been featured in Campaign magazine, and on the Wembley Stadium Jumbotron, and my university advertising degree is proudly displayed on my mother’s fridge.

I am always looking for new experiences, aiming to become a better person, helping others, having fun, being honest, and contributing something new and exciting to the world.
